MaMa Sport Challenge (the “App”)

This policy describes how the App processes information when you use MaMa Sport Challenge on Android devices. By using the App, you acknowledge this policy.
The controller responsible for processing personal data in connection with the App is the operator of MaMa Sport Challenge. Contact details are provided in the App and/or on the Google Play store listing.
The App processes the following categories of data only on your device (local storage, including app database and preferences):
We do not send this data to servers operated by us for storage or analytics. There is no user account or registration with us.
Data is processed solely to provide the App’s functionality: run your challenge, show progress and statistics, send optional reminders you enable, show the optional widget, and respect your settings.
Data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear the App’s storage in Android settings. We do not retain copies on our own systems.
Depending on your device and Android backup settings (e.g. Google backup), app data may be included in encrypted device backups managed by your device manufacturer or Google. That processing is governed by your device/Google settings and Google’s policies, not by servers we operate.
The App may request or use the following, only as needed for the features described:
Scheduling may use Android’s recommended background mechanisms (e.g. WorkManager). That runs on your device; we do not receive your training content from it.
If you use Share, export, or similar features, you choose what to send and to which app (e.g. messages, email, files). The App may use Android’s secure file sharing (e.g. content provider) only to hand the file you chose to the receiving app. We do not control third-party apps you select.
If you add the widget, the system displays summary information (e.g. today’s progress) from local data on your device. We do not receive widget data separately.
The App is distributed via Google Play. Installing or updating the App is subject to Google’s privacy policy. The App may use Google Play libraries for in-app update checks and the optional in-app review flow; those interactions are between your device and Google and are covered by Google’s policies. We do not sell your training or progress data and do not transmit it to third parties for their independent use.
We do not use your data in the App to show third-party behavioural advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles from your training log on our own systems (we do not hold that log on our servers).
The App is not directed at children under the age required by law in your country without parental involvement. If you believe a child has provided information in a way that concerns you, contact us via the store listing or in-App contact.
Because core training data is stored locally, you can delete it by uninstalling the App or clearing App data. Depending on your region (e.g. EEA/UK), you may have additional rights regarding personal data; contact us using the details in the App or on the store listing. We will respond in line with applicable law.
We design the App to keep processing on the device. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure; protect your device with a screen lock where appropriate.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Material changes may also be communicated via the store listing or in-App notice where appropriate. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires different consent.
